the Local Team Championships. We hope your tournament
experience will be enjoyable. Four 8-Ball and three 9-Ball teams
from this event will advance to the National Team Championships
held in Las
Vegas, NV.

Tournament Hours:

Saturday, Sunday and Monday:
Doors open at 8:00am and play starts at 9:00am.
Team Certification Forms:
·
Each team is required to fill
out the Team Certification Form, which is enclosed in the Team
Packet. The Team Certification Form and green fees must
be turned in prior to starting your first match.
Tables/Green
Fee:
·
There will be forty 7 ft.
“Valley” tables. The
tables have “Aramith” cue balls.
·
A $65.00 green
fee will be charged to each team that is playing in the
LTC (8- and 9-ball teams owe $65.00 for each team). This fee,
along with the Team Certification form, must be turned in prior to
starting your first match.

All tables will be open for
play.
Time
Constraints:
·
Due to time constraints, 8- and
9-ball matches will be played at the same time. We will make every
effort to keep tables together for teams playing both 8- and
9-ball at the same time. Enclosed in this Team Packet are the
times allowed for the matches: 8-ball allowance is 4 hours and
9-ball is 3.5 hours. We will STRICTLY follow these guidelines. All
matches will be finished Monday night. If necessary, matches may
go to Sudden Death if enough tables are not available to split
matches.
Sudden Death
Playoff:
·
If tables are not available to
split matches that are running behind schedule, the Sudden Death Playoff
format will be used.
Read the Tournament Rules enclosed in your Team
Packet.
Time-Outs:
·
1 time-out per player, per game,
regardless of skill level. Please remember to keep time-outs
limited to 1 minute.
8-Ball Forfeits:
·
Forfeits in 8-ball matches will
be counted as 1 point.
9-Ball
Forfeits:
·
Forfeits in 9-ball matches will
be counted as 20 points (not 15 as it is in regular league
play).
Local
By-Laws:
·
Please remember that Local
By-Laws will not apply to any higher level play.
Concessions:
·
Beer and Wine will be
available.
·
Food Concessions will be
available.
Side Tournaments:
·
If tables are available, there
will be Mini Tournaments and/or Singles Qualifiers
held.
